Account deletion
Request deletion of your account
Use this form if you can no longer sign in to the Empowered to Change participant app. If you can sign in, the fastest path is in the app itself: Settings, then Account, then Delete my account.
What happens next
- A staff member reviews your request within 10 business days and contacts you at the address you give here.
- Approving a request records a staff decision. It does not erase anything on its own. Staff then remove the personal information ETC is free to remove, including your app login, and tell you what is being kept.
- Some program records are kept even after deletion. ETC has legal record-retention obligations to courts, probation and funders, so case, compliance and financial records are retained for the period the law requires. Staff will tell you what applies to you.
